We only work with reputable UK based wholesalers, so all clothes we supply are produced to a high standard. Visit Our Story page to read more about what we offer
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your purchase with credit/debit cards with Wix Payments, Paypal or flexible payment options with Clearpay
How is my purchase delivered?
UK deliveries are sent using Royal Mail or a reputable courier service dependent on size of parcel and service selected. Standard UK delivery is 3-5 working days

Larger orders may be split across more than one parcel, which we can track individually.
We are also trying to do our bit for the planet and trying to minimise the use of plastic packaging, so sometimes you may find that we include a few items in one of our clear packages, eg two sets may be packed together, so if you think something is missing, please do check the packages for this situation.
I ordered the wrong size, what do I do?
Email us at email@example.com and tell us your order number and what size you need. We will then give instructions to return your item and we will send you the correct size once received. All returns are at cost to the buyer.

My parcel hasn't arrived, what do I do?
UK - Please allow 3-5 working days, if nothing arrived please contact us in the first instance and we will follow up with Royal Mail as we obtain proof of posting for all our parcels.
I've changed my mind and want a refund, what happens?
Contact us in the first instance at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for refund request. We will then give you full instructions about how to return your items, and if valid we will process your refund upon receipt of the items in a resaleable condition, refunds can take up to 5 working days for funds to be credited back to your card or account.
