We aim to fulfill orders within 2 working days from when we receive the order. 

 

All parcels are sent by Royal Mail 48 service, this usually takes 3-5 working days from date of shipping (parcels are collected by Royal Mail Mon-Sat).  It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct, as we do not check addresses submitted on orders.

Please note that Royal Mail 48 is not fully tracked, however we do receive a reference number for each parcel as part of the proof of posting.  This reference number enables us to update you on the status of your parcel if there is a query but we will only get an update from Royal Mail after a delivery attempt has been made.

​

If your item shows as delivered and you cannot locate it, please check with your neighbours to see your parcel has been left with them or check your designated safe place.  If you are still unable to locate your parcel, please get in touch with us and we will contact Royal Mail.  Royal Mail will be able to establish the exact address where the parcel was registered as delivered via GPS tracking on their handheld devices and they will usually allow 72hrs to check and redeliver if an error has been made.

If any items are delivered to a neighbour and are then lost or damaged, you will still be able to make a compensation claim in the normal way to Royal Mail here

We will not be liable for any lost or damaged parcels which have been marked as delivered successfully by Royal Mail.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you find all of your purchases to your satisfaction, however we understand that sometimes things are not quite as you expected.  We will happily refund you the cost of the goods if you return then within 14 days of receiving them, providing they are still in their original packaging.

If you want to return any of your goods to us for some reason, please get in touch with our Customer Care team via email to hello@mybambino.co.uk quoting your order number and we will send you details on what to do.

​

We do not offer free returns, so you will need to pay for the return postage - please send royal mail 2nd class (£3.35 if a small parcel).  However, we will refund the postage costs if there your item is damaged or has a defect.

 

All goods must be in their original packaging and unopened. All goods are inspected on their return.
